free haircut

I had a new David Salon haircut today, for free :)

The OP-Cultural Affairs Committee and Salon Owners and
Hairdressers Association, Inc. conducted a Libreng Gupit sa Malacanang
2007 today, as a post-birthday gift for the president.

The last time I participated in a similar activity was
August 2004. I don't know if there were any other such activity
since.
